The Pampered Cow - Booking Terms & Conditions

To secure your appointment with The Pampered Cow, a £10 deposit is required for all treatments valued at £20 or more, payable by card over the phone or online via our booking portal.

We kindly require 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes; failure to provide this notice will result in the loss of your deposit. For online bookings and gift voucher appointments, the full treatment value will be forfeited if cancelled within 48 hours.

Your safety is our priority - patch tests are required 48 hours before certain treatments, including cases where you've had the treatment elsewhere or if it's been more than 3 months since your last treatment with us. Missing your patch test appointment means we cannot perform your scheduled treatment, and full payment will still be required. We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which help us maintain my professional standards and ensure the best possible service for all our clients.
