I am dedicated to providing personalised facials and massages in a tranquil, home-based treatment setting. I believe true relaxation comes from a peaceful, one-on-one experience, free from the distractions of a busy commercial salon. Here, you'll feel completely at ease and cared for in a quiet, dedicated space.

The name? Our home sits on what was once an old cow field , it felt like a fun and fitting tribute to the space.

Outside the treatment room I have a love for painting, particularly animals (and yes, especially cows). I'm also a self-confessed skincare enthusiast, fascinated by both the history and future of the industry.

I enjoy studying ingredients in depth and regularly read clinical research , not because I have to, but because I genuinely find it fascinating.

About Me

I qualified after two years of full-time training in skin and massage therapies in 2004 at FCOT in Surrey, and spent several years working in the spa industry specilising in facials, massage

I loved the treatments themselves and the clients, but the environment wore me down. The relentless upselling, the back-to-back appointments, the sense that clients were a throughput rather than a person. So I stepped away, until I was in a position to create a space of my own.

I returned to practice in 2024, this time entirely on my own terms. The Pampered Cow is built around everything I felt was missing from my industry experience, slowness, genuine connection, treatments that actually give your nervous system permission to rest. I bring not just qualifications, but real hands-on experience and intention of what great treatment feels like, and what it shouldn't.
